Returns Policy

Bohemian China & Glass operate a faulty items returns policy. Any item that was faulty at the point of sale may be returned for a free repair; in the event that a repair is impossible, replacement goods will be supplied, provided you have the original receipt or alternative proof of purchase and the faulty item is returned complete with all components within a reasonable amount of time.

Within 14 days, where goods cannot be repaired or replaced, an appropriate price reduction or refund (reduced to take account of wear and tear) shall be issued, again provided you have the original receipt or alternative proof of purchase and the faulty item is returned complete with all components within a reasonable amount of time. Please note that you will not be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in respect of fair wear and tear. Please return the original and complete packaging.

For Items purchased online or by phone (without visiting the store)

In addition to our faulty items returns policy, for items purchased either online or by telephone you have the right to cancel your contract with us at any time before the expiry of 7 working days from the day after the date of delivery of the product, providing the product is returned (at your cost), has not been used or installed, is still in its original packaging and is suitable for resale.

You may cancel your order by telephone, post or e-mail. Provided that these conditions are satisfied, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price and the delivery charge.

This right does not exist for items which have been manufactured to customer specifications, as the case may be, or for goods by their nature cannot be returned.

The same right to cancellation exists for any installation service you may have purchased, however if you agree that installation should begin within this seven-day period, your cancellation right with respects to this service shall end.
